Do the programmes run in person or online?
IFGR offers in-person diploma programmes as well as an online Academy (e-learning) with assessments and a verifiable certificate.
Do I need prior experience to enrol?
Our programmes welcome both newcomers and experienced professionals; admission is assessed for each profile. Contact us to discuss your background.
Can the training be funded?
The training is paid for directly by the employer, from its own funds, or by the trainee. IFGR does not hold Qualiopi certification (certification under consideration, not initiated): funding by an OPCO, France Travail or the CPF is not possible to date.
What do I obtain at the end of the programme?
Depending on the programme, an IFGR diploma or a verifiable certificate bearing a unique reference, confirming your mastery of luxury-service standards.
