Legal terms and conditions governing the use of IFGR training services and this website.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IFGR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
IFGR, Institut Français de la Grande Remise, provides professional training programs in luxury chauffeuring, concierge, private security and company management. All enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Enrolment & Payment
Enrolments must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms are agreed at the time of registration. Training is paid for directly by the client (company or individual); no funding by an OPCO, France Travail or the CPF is possible to date. Cancellation and withdrawal policies apply.
Confidentiality
IFGR maintains strict confidentiality for all trainees. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
Limitation of Liability
IFGR's liability is limited to the value of the specific program contracted. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
