Privacy notice
How IFGR collects, uses and protects the personal data of trainees, prospects and visitors, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law.
1. Who we are
IFGR — Institut Français de la Grande Remise — is a training organisation for the professions of luxury chauffeur, concierge, private security and company management, headquartered in Paris, France. The data controller is IFGR. Contact: contact@ifgr.io.
2. Data we collect
We collect: identity (first name, last name, country), contact details (email, phone), training details (chosen program, funding scheme) provided via our enrolment or contact forms, and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for analytics, only with your consent. We do not collect payment card data or sensitive data on this website.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: process your enrolment and training file; advise you on the right program; manage funding; keep a training history; and comply with our legal obligations as a training organisation. We do not market third-party services and do not sell or rent data.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Under Article 6 of the GDPR, our processing relies on: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (processing your enrolment and training); compliance with legal obligations (accounting and regulatory obligations applicable to training organisations); the legitimate interest of the Institute (improving its services); and your consent, in particular for analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data recipients
Your data may be shared, only where strictly necessary, with funding bodies (Caisse des Dépôts for CPF, employer, France Travail), service providers handling your file, and legal authorities where required by law. All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality.
6. Data retention
Active enrolment and training files: kept for the legal duration applicable to training organisations. Accounting records: kept as required by law (generally 10 years). Analytics data: 26 months maximum. Prospects without follow-up: deleted or anonymised after 36 months.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@ifgr.io; we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies and, subject to your consent, analytics cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by contacting us.
