Training open to all
In line with its quality commitment, IFGR ensures that its training is accessible to people with disabilities. We examine every request carefully in order to identify possible adaptations and to guarantee fair learning conditions.
No situation is treated as an obstacle by default: our approach is to seek, together with each candidate, the concrete solutions that make access to training and its success possible.
Support
The disability adviser
IFGR has a disability adviser, a dedicated point of contact for anyone with a disability, or who is making a request for adaptation. Their role: to receive your request, assess your needs with you, coordinate possible adaptations and, where necessary, refer you to specialised resources.

Adapted arrangements
Depending on the situation, teaching arrangements, pace, duration or assessment conditions may be adapted in agreement with the learner.
Accessible e-learning
Our distance-learning space lets you follow the content in a flexible setting, at your own pace, from the environment that suits you.
Individualised support
A preliminary conversation allows us to identify your specific needs and to build a suitable learning path with you.
Referral to specialised resources
Where the situation requires it, we refer learners to specialised disability and training organisations (Agefiph, the Ressources Handicap Formation network, local partners).
The adaptations described are indicative and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. They depend on the nature of the training and on each person’s situation.
