How IFGR handles personal data of clients, prospects, and visitors.
Data we collect
Identity (first name, last name, country), contact (email, phone), and trip details (date, route, vehicle preference). We do not collect payment data: invoices are issued separately.
Use
Esclusivamente per gestire la sua prenotazione, confermare i dettagli via email e conservare uno storico del servizio per i clienti abituali. Non promuoviamo servizi di terzi.
Retention
Active reservations: 24 months after last service. Statutory accounting records: 10 years per UK regulations.

Under UK GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data. Email contact@ifgr.io.
Document review using artificial intelligence
To check the documents you send us more quickly (ID, CV, company registration extract, certificates, bank details), the Institute may have them analysed by an artificial intelligence tool provided by Anthropic PBC (United States), acting as a processor. This analysis helps our team spot a document that is incomplete, expired or not the one requested: it makes no decision, and every file is reviewed and approved by a person. Documents are not used to train Anthropic’s models. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Only the result of the analysis is kept, without any full number, for the retention period of your file. You may object to this analysis by writing to contact@ifgr.io: your documents will then be checked by our team only.
