Qualiopi certification and training funding

What the Qualiopi quality certification covers and the main funding mechanisms for vocational training, including personal training accounts, employer plans and public schemes.

Qualiopi is the French national quality certification awarded to bodies delivering skills-development activities. It attests to compliance with a demanding framework covering public information, the design of services, learner support and continuous improvement.

For the learner, a course run by a certified body is a marker of seriousness. For the funder, it is a condition of access to a wide range of public and pooled funding mechanisms.

France's Personal Training Account (CPF) allows every working person to draw on rights accrued through their activity to finance an eligible course. Employees may also call upon their employer's skills-development plan when the training forms part of a shared professional project.

Jobseekers may, depending on their situation, benefit from funding support through dedicated public schemes. Companies, for their part, can integrate the training of their staff into their wider skills strategy.

As every situation is specific, IFGR guides candidates towards the mechanism best suited to their status and project, without substituting itself for the funding bodies, which remain the decision-makers.
