By accessing or using the IFGR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
IFGR provides luxury chauffeur services, private aviation coordination, and ancillary lifestyle services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Inschrijving & betaling
Inschrijvingen moeten schriftelijk worden bevestigd. De betalingsvoorwaarden worden bij de inschrijving overeengekomen. De opleiding wordt rechtstreeks door de klant (bedrijf of particulier) betaald; financiering door een OPCO, France Travail of het CPF is op dit moment niet mogelijk. Er gelden annulerings- en herroepingsvoorwaarden.
Confidentiality
IFGR maintains strict confidentiality for all clients. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
Limitation of Liability
IFGR's liability is limited to the value of the specific service contracted. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
