Our purpose
IFGR is a centre of professional excellence dedicated to the professions of luxury. Its mission: to train and certify the next generation of luxury-service leaders, in France and internationally.
Our vocation is to pass on the French art of grande remise — the demand for detail that sets ordinary service apart from an exceptional experience — and to combine it with the international protocol codes expected by the most demanding clientele.
Our programs cover the full chain of high-end service: driving and reception, business management, concierge and security. Every program combines technical know-how with the right attitude.
